Is there a programmable joystick command in FSX for the combined MW50/ GM-1 on the Ta152?

Hi,
no, not directly since it's a custom made variable.
If you have FSUIPC you can assign a key using a LUA script using the method described here:

The variables to use are these:
The Sonderstoff electrical fuse in the right panel:
L:sonderstoff
The Notleistungs activation switch in the left panel:
L:notleistung
The MW50/GM1 selector switch:
L:notwahl
