Good timing for your post btw.
I just heard from Flight1 that the boxes arrived from the factory last Friday.
They should hit the shelves shortly.
It includes a selection of early and late variants Fw190A, 5 variants and 21 paint schemes of which a half is new.

Small question, I assume you can't install the boxed version over the download version. In other words are the same folder names used in both versions?

That's correct, Huub.
If you try to install the CD over the download version it will overwrite some files.
