Fw190A late variants patch 1.1

There is now a small file available that updates the initial release to v1.1

Fixed issues in this version:

• Pitot tube in the A-8 and A-9 interior models moved to the correct outboard location.

• Gunsight reticule in A-9 virtual cockpit now displayes correctly.
