I'm not aware of repaints esspecially done for the compilation.
However, if you find some for the A-3, A-4 or A-5 make sure to put them into the respective MGFF variants of the early or late packages.
Other than that, there are a number of repaints for the early and late variants at simviation, avsim, flightsim and sim-outhouse.
When downloading repaints for the early variants make sure that they are made for version 2.
The repainters usually aknowledge this.
Older repaints made for the original release are not compatible with the current version.
