A future project idea...the Pfeil

Post by pilottj »

Hey guys,
I know there are already some wonderful projects in the works but perhaps an idea for the far future. How about a Do-335?
;)

Hehehe, I always thought the 335 cockpit is cooler than ice-cream but the exterior model is butt-ugly.

Mathias, check this video, first I've ever seen of this flying boat! Think what kind of fun you would have making gauges for it, 6 of each, lol

Yes he did Mat, but he never finished it, and I lost contact with him. Last time I talked to him ,was at Netwings. His wife had come down with a form of cancer, and it wasn't long after that, when I lost contact. This is a pic of the last beta of the 222 I had. Isn't that a nice 190 too!LOL One 222 was made for FS9 by Mr. Ito, but no vc. He called it a Bv-238 though, problem is, that they are 2 different planes. Only 1 238 was made, only flew once before it was destroyed by allied aircraft.

Yeah, he hasn't been around SOH for ages, it seems.
Too bad, alway liked his no nonsense approach to modelling.

You could always do the DO 24, I believe it was the first model you ever did for CFS2. No one has done a version that would have the detail you put in your designs, and congrats to you and Alx on the job you did on the 108! :)

Thanks Scott.
So tell me, did you ever get FSX or are you still riding virtual tanks?

I still try driving tanks, but I have to practice more, it is not going real well!

And yes I have FSX Gold, have to reinstall it though. I hate the activation process, such a pain!
