Question for Mathias.
The two little '.exe' you made for changing texture size in game are so handy. Makes me wonder about the possibility of creating similar things for the other items which FSX automatically returns to default - in particular the LOD-terrain value, automatically restored to 4.5. Just curious.

Re: Question for Mathias.
Hi oldendirt,
can be any entry from the FSX.cfg, just, it only makes sense if there is something like a consens about the values to use.
With the texture_max_load thingy we just have to deal with two values.
If you want to keep your LOD radius tweakable and variable I'd go with a tool such as flusifix:
http://www.wolfgang-picheta.de/
Don't be alarmed by the German navigation on that page, the tool is multi lingual English/German.
Click on "Flusifix 2006" and hit the download button at the bottom of the page.
