Updated 16-10-2011
Aktualisiert am 16.10.2011

Current full version is 1.1/Service Pack 1.
If you downloaded the product prior to 16-10-2011 you should redownload and reinstall the full package.

Patch Info:

Service Pack 1 2011-10-12
- added passenger and seatbelt visuals, controlloable using a payload manager (passengers only visible in exterior view).
- realtime aircraft manager interface added including fuel and payload manager, misc action controller and cold weather preheater (including visuals).
- minor texture improvements.
- Ampere meter now displays the correct negative current when the generator is off.

Cumulative Update 1.0e
Patch 1.0e includes all previous patches and should be installed if you download the Messerschmitt Bf 108 before 23. June 2011.

If you allready edited the aircraft.cfg, for instance by adding repaints, you should back up your work and re-insert it after installing the patch.

Revision History:

V 1.0e
- Position lights stay in fixed position when the wings are folded: fixed.
- FSX sound cone technology added to the engine sounds. Note there is backup of the old sound configuration included in "FSX_Root\SimObjects\Airplanes\Classics_Hangar_Bf108B\sound\old_sound.cfg

V 1.0d
- Pilot can become visible when the aircraft is parked in a stiff headwind: fixed.
- erratic fuel lever animation when aircraft is over-throttled with a cold engine: fixed.

V 1.0c 2011-06-13
- bug in fuel consumtion fixed that caused the fuel to not burn correctly when either of the 5 tanks is empty.
- extended gear angle corrected.

V 1.0b 2011-06-11
- roll on rudder input corrected/reduced.
- slat interaction/ low speed handling and stalls improved.

V 1.0a 2011-06-09
- parser error in RTM version caused an over-sensitive rudder response: fixed.

- reversed propeller blade animation: fixed.

- aux tank fuel content too low: fixed.

- static aileron and rudder trim dissabled. Aileron and rudder trim can now be performed with the keyboard or other controller devices. Some users experienced roll issues with certain controller hardware. However, for a realistic experience we still recommend to fly with neutral aileron und rudder trim settings.

Service Pack 1 2011-10-12

Revision:

V 1.0e 22.06.2011
- Positionslichter bleiben beim einklappen der Tragflächen in Position: behoben
- FSX Sound Cone Technologie implementiert.

It looks like the English website link points to 1.0a not 1.0c. The German one is correct.

Thanks Krzysztof, link is fixed.
The patch installer is multilingual btw, so it doesn't matter if you get it from the German or Englisch update page.

I know. :D
I did it differently - with copying and pasting link to the 1.0a and changing 'a' with 'c'.

Back home this week and tried out the "new" Patched Taifun and the change is incredible.

I even think that it has more power, cause pre patch it wasnt that easy to get to 250km/h with 1800rmp and 0,8 atm at cruise. Now it gets there faster.. i think ^^

PS: Why is that gauge from 0,5 to 2,5 atm, also because it was restored and the original missing?

When the Bad Nauheimer guys got the plane in 2003 it had almost no original gauges left so everything had to be purchased on the market.
By far not all survivors do work so that's the one they kept.
The same goes for the Swiss build airspeed indicator which obviously isn't as per the original spare parts list either, or the oil temp gauge which is a two engine indicator with one needle being inoperable.
