We see that at times when using some third party weather engines.
Workaround is to switch on carburetor heat (yeah, I know...).
Just look up the keyboard command in your FSX settings.

I'm afraid I can't help there as I don't have P3D and we don't normally support it either.
The tail light is build into the model & we see something similar at times in FSX on some machines when using DX10 preview mode,
if that helps with further investigation.

Jupp, hast recht, die Animation geht in die falsche Richtung.
Ich hoffe, das stört den Realismus nicht zu sehr, da man den Regler ja eigentlich eh nicht sieht (wie im richtigen Leben) und man die Verstellung ja eigentlich gar nicht benötigt (einfach auf Automatik belassen).
