Classics Hangar and its affiliates provide their services to you
subject to the following conditions. If you visit or shop at Classics
Hangar, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully.
In addition, when you use any current or future Classics Hangar
service or visit or purchase from any business affiliated with Classics
Hangar, whether or not included in the Classics Hangar Web site,
you also will be subject to the guidelines and conditions applicable

All sales of downloadable software are final - No Refunds will be
given. Download products are not returnable and non-refundable unless
otherwise indicated. Any labor, installation services and shipping
charges are non-refundable. Refunds may be given at the discretion
of the management. The serial code we will send you is a personal
code, it is sold to you personally and can not be shared, swapped
or sold. Sealed physical data storages can be returned within the
statutory deadline has.

Payment Options
We accept Bank Transfer (Germany only), EU Standard Bank Transfer
(EURO-countries) Paypal and Secure Credit Card Payment. Please note
that it may take up to 24 hours after we received your payment until
your download is approved.
Classics Hangar does not store your credit card details at any
stage. Credit Card transactions are processed via Worldpay, a division
of the Royal Bank of Scotland.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
Classics Hangar and its affiliates attempt to be as accurate as
possible. However, Classics Hangar does not warrant that product
descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete,
reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Classics
Hangar itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return
it in unused condition.

APPLICABLE LAW
By visiting Classics Hangar, you agree that the laws of the state
of Germany, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will
govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that
might arise between you and Classics Hangar or its affiliates.
DISPUTES
Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to Classics Hangar
or to products you purchase through Classics Hangar shall be submitted
to confidential arbitration in Uelzen Germany, except that, to the
extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate
Classics Hangars intellectual property rights, Classics Hangar may
seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal
court in the state of Germany, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction
and venue in such courts. Arbitration under this agreement shall
be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the American Arbitration
Association. The arbitrators award shall be binding and may be entered
as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest
extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement
shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject
to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings
or otherwise.
SITE POLICIES, MODIFICATION, AND SEVERABILITY

at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid,

MONEY CURRENCY AND PAYMENTS
Base and binding currency is the EURO (€). All charges and
payments will be made in EURO. For the convenience of our customers
we may show prices in other currencies as well. These are approximate
amounts only and are shown for reference only.

PRIVACY
Classics Hangar respects your privacy, and will keep all your information
private, except what could occur under the following:
- If your information is requested as part of a valid law enforcement
agency request.
- If your information has been associated with fraudulent activity,
and releasing your information to third parties is required as part
of legal proceedings or investigations.
Please note that information you make publicly available via one
of our Internet discussion forums is beyond our control, and can't
be considered private.
Asides from any of the notes above, Classics Hangar fully regards
your privacy and we will never sell nor give your private information
to parties outside the direct Classics Hangar.de family. Private
information includes both physical and e-mail addresses, phone numbers,
or other personal information. Classics Hangar does not store or
otherwise collect your bank account or credit card information.
Classics Hangar does not ask for credit card details. Credit card
transactions are exclusively processed via the Worldpay gateway.
